Homes listed on MidStays are managed by locally licensed property managers in Arizona and California; information those managers hold in connection with your occupancy is handled under their own privacy practices and the Tenant Occupancy Agreement you sign.
This policy covers the information MidStays collects through the MidStays website and when you contact us — searching homes, saving homes, creating an account, submitting an inquiry or application, and support conversations.
When you book, you sign a separate Tenant Occupancy Agreement. Information the local property manager collects and holds in connection with your occupancy is handled under that manager's own privacy practices, not this policy.
If an application for a specific home asks you for identity verification, background screening, or credit information, you will be told what is being collected and asked for your consent before it is collected, and you will be given the notices required by federal and state law for that type of check.
